Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and troubleshooting is desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
