Placements24 seeks an Electrical Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for electrical equipment across client locations, based in Soweto. You will diagnose issues, install and maintain systems, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (National Diploma or BEng) with 4+ years in field service or related roles, can read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required.

Responsibilities
