Job summary

The role requires a BEng / BSc in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of experience in electrical design and project delivery, with proficiency in high-risk decision-making, client advisory, and bids. Strong SHEQ alignment is essential.

Qualifications

• BEng / BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering design and project delivery.
• Extensive experience on large-scale energy, power, or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee electrical design strategies, standards and best practices.
• Provide expert technical review, assurance, and approval of electrical designs.
• Lead high-risk technical decision-making and complex engineering problem-solving.
• Advise clients and project teams on complex electrical engineering challenges.
• Contribute to work-winning, bid strategies, and technical proposals.
• Mentor senior engineers and support capability development within the discipline.
• Ensure alignment with safety, SHEQ and quality frameworks.
