Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or OHS, 4+ years of EHS experience, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in an EHS role, preferably within a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
• CIH or CSP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, regional, and national EHS regulations and standards.
• Develop and deliver EHS training to employees at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on EHS performance and activities.
