Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets to contribute to business targets.
• Maintain performance metrics such as calls, time on calls, WhatsApp chats, emails and tickets.
• Ensure proper use of leads through engagement.
• Nurture leads through the sales funnel and follow up on high-converting leads.
• Maintain a balance between high- and low-value courses to maximise revenue.
• Manage cancellations from the sales department.
