You will conduct needs assessments, develop strategic improvement plans, and facilitate workshops for educators and administrators. The ideal candidate has a Master\'s degree and at least eight years\' leadership or consulting experience, with strong data

Qualifications

Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in educational leadership, teaching, or consulting.
Ability to analyze educational data and translate insights into strategies.
Experience with curriculum development, assessment methods, and edtech integration.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Experience with institutions in Tembisa or nearby areas is a plus.
