Job summary
Placements24 is seeking an Educational Technology Integration Specialist in Randburg to drive the adoption of innovative tools in teaching and learning. You will train educators, provide ongoing support, and create resources that bridge technology and curriculum in a hybrid Gauteng setting.
You will collaborate with IT and vendors, troubleshoot issues, and stay abreast of trends to enhance classroom experiences across the institution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in educational technology or instructional design.
- Strong understanding of educational technology trends and pedagogy.
- Proven training and support experience for educators in technology integration.
Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new educational technologies for adoption.
- Provide training and ongoing support to educators on edtech tools.
- Develop resources and best practices for integrating technology into curriculum.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve educator/student tech challenges.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of edtech systems.
