Placements24 is seeking an Education Program Coordinator for a Kimberley-based non-profit focused on improving educational access for underprivileged children in the Northern Cape. You will plan, implement, and oversee educational programs, working with schools, teachers, parents, and volunteers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field and at least 2 years of program coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; minimum of 2 years in program coordination in education or non-profit settings.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse groups including schools, students and parents.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to manage information and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of educational programs and activities.
• Develop program schedules, materials, and resources.
• Liaise with schools, teachers, students, and parents in Kimberley area.
• Recruit, train, and manage program facilitators and volunteers.
• Monitor program progress and collect data on student and program performance.

• Assist in developing new program initiatives and curriculum enhancements.
