Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years in digital marketing with at least 3 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content).
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) for ROI.
• Oversee creation of marketing content (blog, website, social posts).
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage company social media presence and engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with sales/product to align marketing with goals.
• Manage the digital marketing budget.
• Stay current with trends, tools and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a small marketing team.
