Placements24, a leading online education provider based in Sandton, Gauteng, is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist focused on educational content to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and enrollment.

You will develop campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing, analyze performance, and collaborate with content designers and sales to scale reach in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in education/EdTech.
• Proven experience developing multi-channel campaigns across platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Create and manage engaging educational content (blogs, social posts, website copy, newsletters).
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) to drive traffic and leads.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and CRM data, and report insights.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities in education tech.
• Execute email marketing campaigns with segmentation, automation, and tracking.
• Collaborate with content teams, designers, and sales to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends in education technology.
• Manage social media presence and community engagement.
