Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline listed in the ad.
• B2 level proficiency or higher in English.
• Digital intelligence and digital literacy to learn new tech quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support via chat and email.
• Train clients on login, searches, exports, and advanced features.
• Handle account creation and project access requests.
