Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate customer service and advise on products.
• Assist with product queries and timely customer complaints.
• Keep area free of obstacles; stock merchandised after receipt.
• Follow safety and OHSA guidelines within area of responsibility.
