Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Store Manager in the Eastern Cape to lead a store team and drive service excellence. You will manage day-to-day operations, sales targets, stock control and administration to deliver a competitive advantage for the brand.

The role requires a strong retail/FMCG background, financial acumen and leadership skills to develop and sustain high-performing teams, while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Essential: Grade 12 with Maths and English (50%).
• Essential: B. Degree or Diploma in retail/finance management, pharmacy or related.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct store operations to meet sales, profit and compliance targets.
• Drive and maximise sales, track daily/weekly/monthly targets; take corrective actions.
• Manage stock, expenses, shrinkage, housekeeping and administration.
