Job summary

Strong understanding of FTTH and SME connectivity solutions.
Ability to manage regional accounts and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Achieve FTTH and SME sales targets through regional partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, HOAs.
Coordinate community engagement initiatives and campaigns.
Act as the commercial liaison between ISP partners and Frogfoot.
Monitor regional churn and implement retention initiatives.
Identify local expansion opportunities and contribute to regional planning.
Provide market intelligence for pricing strategies.
Support regional network maintenance and service initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
