Time Personnel in Cape Town seeks a Finance Assistant for an Epping-based role. The successful candidate will handle invoicing, debtors, and general finance administration in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include Matric and fluent Afrikaans and English; you will work an early shift from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, collaborating with commercial teams and farmers. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Proven finance administration experience.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and process all financial entries including accounts payable/receivable.
• Process sales invoices and reconcile cash payments from customers.
• Monitor outstanding debt daily.
• Onboard new clients, vendors, and producers to financial systems.
• Manage customer databases, process sales orders and general admin tasks.
• Support stock control, claims, and packaging planning where needed.
