Placements24 seeks an Early Childhood Specialist & Caregiver to care for two children (ages 2 and 4) in Bloemfontein. You will create a loving, learning-focused home environment, plan play-based activities, and support daily routines.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in childcare or ECD, a relevant qualification, and First Aid/CPR certification. Strong communication, dependability, and a passion for development are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional childcare or early childhood education experience.
• Relevant qualification or ongoing study in Early Childhood Development or related field.
• Experience planning and executing educational activities for toddlers and preschoolers.
• Knowledge of child development stages and positive discipline techniques.
• First Aid and CPR certification is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, reliable, and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English.
• Genuine passion for nurturing young children.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive daily care for young children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules.
