Formación

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of childcare experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and oversee daily daycare operations.
• Lead, mentor and support educators and assistants.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and routines.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and arrange training.
• Manage enrollments, attendance, and parent communications.
