Placements24 in Bloemfontein, Free State, seeks a skilled Pediatric Nanny and Developmental Aide to support a 4-year-old with developmental needs. You will follow medical guidance, implement developmental activities, assist with daily care, and accompany appointments within Bloemfontein.

The role requires at least 4 years of pediatric care experience, nursing or ECD with pediatrics focus, current First Aid and Pediatric CPR, and strong observation and communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of pediatric nursing or specialized childcare experience.
Current First Aid and Pediatric CPR certification are mandatory.
Experience with conditions such as cerebral palsy or global developmental delay is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized care and supervision ensuring safety and adherence to medical recommendations.
Implement developmental activities as guided by pediatricians, therapists, and family.
Assist with personal care, feeding, and mobility to promote independence.
Administer medications as prescribed following protocols.
