Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Childcare Specialist in Upington to care for two children aged 2 and 4. You will oversee daily routines, prepare nutritious meals, and engage the children in educational and play-based activities to support growth and development.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of childcare experience, is certified in First Aid and CPR, and possesses strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in childcare for toddlers and preschoolers.
• First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and caring attitude.
• Ability to create a structured yet fun daily routine.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, attentive, and loving care for two young children.
• Ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times in a secure environment.
• Manage daily routines, including feeding schedules, naps, and personal hygiene.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging educational and recreational activities.
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals and snacks for the children.
