The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in Marketing or Communications, 3+ years in ecommerce social media, and a proven ability to create engaging content, run paid campaigns, and analyze performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is required.
• Minimum 3 years of ecommerce social media management.
• Proven ability to create engaging social content.
• Experience with social ads and analytics.
• Experience with graphic design tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of all social media channels for the client’s ecommerce business.
• Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and product launches.
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics and video.
• Monitor conversations, respond to comments, and manage online reputation.
• Implement and manage paid social advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Track and report on key metrics and performance.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in ecommerce social media.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for posts and ensure brand voice.
