Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketer within e-commerce.
• Experience creating and managing successful social campaigns and content.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and ads capabilities.
• Proficiency with Buffer or Hootsuite and analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies that align with the client's e-commerce goals and brand identity.
• Create, curate, and manage compelling content (text, images, video) for various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends, responding appropriately.
• Engage with the online community, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with followers.
• Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign integration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
• Assist in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Contribute to A/B testing and optimization of social media content and ad creatives.
