Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammar and tone.
• Creative mindset with eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and manage time effectively.
• Genuine interest in e-commerce and online retail trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media profiles across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor channels for inquiries and respond professionally.
• Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns to promote products and drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
• Track and report on performance metrics with insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns.
