About the Role

Our client, a thriving online retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Social Media Coordinator to join their team in Bloemfontein . This role is central to building and nurturing our online community, managing social media communications, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, interacting with followers, monitoring online conversations, and supporting broader marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging social media posts, including text, images, and short videos.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
• Engage with the online community, fostering positive relationships and building brand advocates.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
• Track social media analytics and provide basic reports on performance and engagement metrics.
• Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Support customer service inquiries that are escalated through social media channels.

Requirements
