About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the e-commerce platform, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gather insights and validate product ideas.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications for the engineering and design teams.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the customer experience and achieve business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on e-commerce or digital products.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and launch successful products.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
