Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery across the e-commerce platform.
• Process and track online orders, coordinating with fulfillment and shipping departments.
• Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor website performance and identify any technical issues or user experience problems.
• Assist in the implementation of new features or promotions on the e-commerce site.
