This hands-on role involves managing campaigns across Paid Social, Email Marketing, and SEO while collaborating with external agencies for effective market strategies. The ideal candidate should have proven e-commerce expertise, strong communication skills, and technical proficiency with marketing platforms. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a hands-on digital marketing role within the e-commerce sector.
• Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, GA4, SEMrush, and Shopify.
• Confident working with data to inform strategic decisions and campaign adjustments.
• Proficiency in Trello, as well as Canva and/or Photoshop for asset preparation.
• Excellent written and spoken English, capable of executing independently from structured briefs.

Responsabilités

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Paid Social, Email Marketing, and SEO.
• Implement and manage onsite personalization strategies to drive conversion.
• Collaborate with external agency partners on paid search and affiliate marketing.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Continually analyze campaign data to improve efficiency and ROI.
