Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling daily content for social media, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages timely and brand-appropriate, escalate issues as needed.
• Support execution of social media campaigns and promotions, including contests and influencer collaborations.
• Track key social metrics and provide data for weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
• Collaborate with designers and writers to produce engaging social assets.
