Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Digital Marketing Analyst to support an online retailer from Centurion, Gauteng. You will track, analyze, and report on KPI performance across digital channels, translating data into actionable strategies to optimize campaigns.

You will build dashboards, perform A/B testing, forecast outcomes, and present insights to stakeholders. This is a fully remote role with growth opportunities in analytics tools and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing analytics, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
• Understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation is desirable.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Email).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, track, and analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize ecommerce metrics.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels, and segmentation.
• Identify trends, opportunities and issues; provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing to set goals, audiences, and measure success.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize pages and ads.
• Assist in forecasting marketing performance and budget allocation.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics.
