About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding online retailer, is seeking a dedicated and efficient E-commerce Fulfillment Associate to manage order processing and dispatch from their facility in Stellenbosch, Western Cape . This role is pivotal to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our online customers. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, managing inventory within the fulfillment center, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role that requires a physical presence at our Stellenbosch distribution hub, playing a crucial part in our e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely and efficiently.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
