Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in a related field is a plus.
• 3+ years in warehouse or fulfillment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes (picking, packing, shipping) and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities related to e-commerce order fulfillment.
• Manage and train a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet order accuracy and speed targets.
