Job summary

You will manage daily operations, plan routes, supervise dispatch, monitor performance metrics, and work with warehouse and customer service to remove bottlenecks, while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead or supervisory role within logistics or delivery services.
• Valid driver’s license (Code 8 or 10) and a good driving record.
• Strong knowledge of the Mahikeng region and surrounding delivery areas.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a demanding environment.
• Experience with e-commerce logistics and delivery management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
