The South African Breweries is inviting applications for its DynamX Sales Trainee Programme, a 24-month fixed-term development path designed to grow future Commercial Leaders through structured learning, market execution, and hands-on FMCG exposure.

Trainees will gain customer management experience, participate in coaching, and complete on-the-job training while meeting sales growth and competitiveness targets.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.

• Must have 3-year Degree or National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customers and distributors to ensure effective market execution and service delivery.
• Develop an understanding of sales fundamentals, customer management, and route-to-market principles through structured field exposure.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Complete sales administration, reporting, and business reviews accurately and timeously as required.
• Participate in structured learning, coaching, and development activities as part of the Sales Trainee Programme.

About The Programme

A highly competitive 24-month program which is comprised of segmented fixed term contracts. The purpose of the DynamX Sales Trainee Programme is to develop future Commercial Leaders through a structured development programme that builds commercial capability, sales expertise, and leadership potential. Trainees will support the achievement of sales growth, market share, and sustainable competitiveness through effective customer engagement, market execution, and hands‑on experience within the FMCG environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customers and distributors to ensure effective market execution and service delivery.
• Develop an understanding of sales fundamentals, customer management, and route‑to‑market principles through structured field exposure.
