Job summary

iLaunch (Pty) Ltd in South Africa seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and upgrades. You will define scope, timelines, and resource plans, coordinating across business and technical stakeholders to ensure delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering, a Project Management certification or diploma, and 6+ years in similar roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
• Project Management Certification or Diploma.
• 6+ years experience managing end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations or upgrades.
• Proven track record in Agile environment and proficiency in Azure DevOps.
• Comfortable managing financials and cost tracking within projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans based on business requirements.
• Manage day-to-day project operations including task assignment, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Maintain an up-to-date RAID log.
• Track project budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization. Escalate deviations proactively.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to manage expectations, report progress, and secure approvals.
• Produce weekly/monthly status reports and lead steering committee meetings. Ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
