Job summary

Blue Pearl PTY in Johannesburg, South Africa, seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations across multiple countries. You will drive project lifecycle, governance, budget control, and client satisfaction while coordinating internal stakeholders and PMO processes.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in large ERP deployments, PRINCE2/PMBOK certification, and degrees in engineering, CS, or BCom.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering multi-country D365 FO implementations with budgets ≥ R40M.
Experience with Microsoft Success by Design framework.
Ability to communicate and negotiate with C-Suite (CEO/CFO).
+15 years’ ERP implementation leadership and 20+ consultant management.
PM certification (PRINCE2/PMBOK) and relevant tertiary degrees.

Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and manage DISA projects and programmes through the lifecycle.
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction with governance standards.
Maintain strong client relationships and internal DISA stakeholder engagement.
Create and maintain detailed Microsoft Project Plans and governance artifacts.
Oversee project budgets, cost-to-revenue, invoicing, and risk management.
