Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Agile projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team productivity and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to prioritise requirements, manage expectations, and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
