Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join a Microsoft Gold Partner delivering CE solutions for mid-to-large clients. Hybrid work from Johannesburg with relocation to Malta is offered, including a visa and relocation package.

The role involves hands-on configuration, solution design, and collaboration with onshore and offshore teams. Requirements include 1–3 years hands-on Power Platform configuration, and knowledge across at least three D365 CE modules.

Qualifications

Broad understanding of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities.
Knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure and Office 365 in agile environments.
Willingness to develop new Microsoft functionality and certifications.
Ability to translate business needs into digital customer experiences.
Experience with Dynamics Power Platforms accelerators and industry templates.

Responsibilities

Contribute to delivery of high-quality Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Organise workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with client stakeholders.
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Deliver consultancy and configuration work per project methodology on time and budget.
Support pre-sales by building demos and proofs of concept.
