Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Analyst Programmer to join a Microsoft Gold Partner with relocation to Malta. The role involves implementing and testing D365 F&O solutions, collaborating with onshore and nearshore teams, and delivering projects on time within an Agile framework.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of D365 F&O experience, a relevant degree, and a D365 F&O Core/Technical certification, with strong X++ and DevOps understanding.

Qualifications

• A University graduate with a relevant degree within a computing or business discipline.
• A Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Core or Technical Certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience with all stages of Dynamics 365 F&O development.
• A good understanding of source control, unit testing methodologies and build processes.
• Good knowledge of X++ and understanding of DevOps principles.
• Team player, able to foster positive working relationships across the organisation.
• Resilience and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• High sense of ownership and competence to work independently.
• Willing to travel abroad when required.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Architects to create high quality design and sustainable client solutions.
• Implementation of technical solutions for customer requirements in D365 FO.
• Analyse and resolve issues within the ERP system.
• Participate in development, integrations and product support.
• Work in an Agile approach depending on the business requirements.
• Work with onshore and nearshore development teams.
• Deliver all development work per MBS standards, on time and on budget.
• Unit test code before releasing it.
• Adhere to best practices and client technical standards.
• Keep the team and project Manager updated with progress.
• Identify risks and issues early and raise through governance channels.
• Carry out additional duties as required by Practice management.
• Represent MBS professionally at all times.
• Protect information shared in course of association with our client.
