Würth South Africa Co. in Montague Gardens, Cape Town, is seeking a talented Telesales Agent who will represent the brand and drive sales through inbound/outbound calls.

The role requires at least 6 months telesales experience, good English (Afrikaans a plus), strong admin skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook. You must be a SA citizen, have no criminal record, and be willing to work under pressure with high call targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months telesales experience.
• Knowledge of Würth products is an advantage.
• Matric or equivalent.
• Computer literate – proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Well organized with strong administrative skills.
• Willing to work under pressure with high call targets.
• Team player, highly motivated, strong interpersonal skills.
• South African Citizen.
• Clear English (Afrikaans an advantage).
• No Criminal Record or Charges.
• Clear credit history.

Responsabilités

• Inbound/Outbound existing base and cold call telephone sales and aftersales service.
