Job summary

Callforce in Durban is seeking money-driven SALES GURUS to join our high-performing team. You will call pre-qualified clients to sell Telco and Data products, advise on upgrades, and set up new accounts. The role offers a base and lucrative commission with very high earning potential.

We provide brilliant training and support, plus incentives and prizes. Must have at least 6 months outbound telecom sales experience, a clean record, and English plus another language for diverse client

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months outbound telecom sales experience.
• No criminal record.
• Fluent in English and at least one other language.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets with supporting proof.

Responsibilities

• Call pre-qualified clients, both existing and new, to sell Telco and Data products and services.
• Provide professional advice on Newlines/Upgrades and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Create new customer accounts and maintain accurate database records.
• Stay informed on product comparisons and new offerings to guide customers.
