The role requires 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience, strong leadership, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the new and used vehicle sales team.
• Achieve monthly sales, profitability, and market share targets.
• Monitor and improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and lead conversion.
• Manage stock levels and vehicle ageing.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
• Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.
