Qualifications

3+ years in automotive sales, preferably in a management or team lead role.
Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of vehicle sales processes, financing, and dealership operations.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the new vehicle sales department.
Set and monitor sales goals for the team and individual sales consultants.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales staff performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet dealership targets.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a professional, customer-focused sales process.
Collaborate with inventory and marketing to optimize stock and promotions.
Ensure compliance with all policies and legal requirements.
Conduct regular sales meetings and training to keep staff informed and motivated.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
