Job summary

ACDC Dynamics South Africa is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager for our head office in Edenvale. You will lead and develop the internal sales team, ensuring high performance and strong customer service across contractors, electricians, industrial clients, and retailers.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of electrical products, experience in wholesale or distribution, and proven leadership abilities to drive sales targets and maintain pricing, quotations, and customer

Qualifications

Strong leadership abilities for managing an internal sales team in wholesale or distribution.
Solid knowledge of electrical products and related markets.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs through internal channels.
Experience in preparing quotations, pricing, and managing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate the internal sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, electricians, industrial clients, and retail customers.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of quotations, tenders, and pricing.
Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and account issues professionally.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across product ranges.
Work closely with external sales representatives to support customer growth.
