Job summary

You will build relationships, educate customers on banking options, manage leads, and strive to meet sales targets while maintaining accurate records and upholding governance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Admin, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.
