Job summary

First National Bank (FNB) is seeking a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor in Durban. You will deliver compliant financial advice to walk-in clients, manage relationships, and meet sales/service targets within a busy POP environment.

You will work in a team-focused setting, ensuring client records are accurate and aligned with FAIS, FICA, and TCF requirements while upholding the bank's brand promise and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.
• Strong FAIS, TCF, and client-centric advice principles.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice to walk-in and existing clients in a high-volume branch environment.
• Educate customers on the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
