Placements24 is seeking a Charity Program Development Officer in Durban to lead the design and delivery of community-focused programs. You will work with beneficiaries, community leaders, and internal teams to ensure projects address real needs and remain sustainable.

The role emphasizes on-site program delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and rigorous planning, budgeting, and reporting to support social impact and funding continuity in KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years in program development or related field.
• Ability to design, implement and evaluate social programs.
• Strong research, planning and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposal writing.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
• On-site work in Durban/ KwaZulu-Natal.
