• Minimum 4 years of supervisory or team leader experience in catering or hospitality.
• Proven experience in event execution and logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site catering staff during events to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage event logistics, including setup, equipment handling, and transportation of supplies.
• Ensure adherence to service quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with staff and assign roles and responsibilities for each event.
• Address and resolve operational issues or client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels of catering equipment and supplies and report shortages or damages.
