Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management, catering management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of catering operations, menu planning, and food service logistics.
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as dictated by event schedules.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Based in or willing to commute regularly to Durban.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
