Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Drilling Supervisor to oversee drilling operations around Port Elizabeth. This hands-on leadership role requires directing crews, managing equipment, and enforcing safety protocols to deliver efficient, cost-conscious performance in a hybrid setting balancing site supervision with office planning.

The ideal candidate has extensive field experience in oil and gas, strong leadership, and IWCF Level 3 or higher.

Responsabilités

About the Role

Our client seeks a seasoned Drilling Supervisor to oversee and manage drilling operations in the vicinity of Port Elizabeth. This hands‑on role requires a leader who can ensure the safe, efficient, and cost‑effective execution of drilling programs. You will be responsible for supervising drilling crews, managing equipment, and adhering to strict safety protocols. The position offers a hybrid arrangement, allowing for effective management of on‑site operations while maintaining essential office‑based planning and reporting functions, contributing directly to the success of the company's exploration and production activities.

Key Responsibilities
