The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of hands-on drilling experience, with proficiency in drilling software and well-control practices.

This position requires a strong understanding of drilling technologies, well planning, and risk management within the demanding Oil & Gas industry . The successful candidate will work closely with field teams, geologists, and management to achieve drilling objectives while adhering to strict environmental and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive drilling plans, including well trajectories, casing programs, and fluid designs.
Supervise and manage drilling operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
