Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of offshore drilling engineering experience, with emphasis on deepwater operations.
• Expertise in drilling fluids, wellbore stability analysis, and directional drilling.
• Proficiency with drilling simulation software and data analysis platforms.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drilling programs and procedures for offshore wells, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
